Karkela Construction may collect personal information from our Web site visitors on a voluntary basis only.     Personal information may include name, title, organization name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.   The individual information we collect is used only by Karkela Construction to process requests for information which have been placed by our visitors; or for communicating our products, events and/or services.  We do not sell, rent or transmit personal information to other organizations.  Karkela Construction may also retain electronic communications you send to our webmaster.  These may be shared only within Karkela Construction as a means to improve customer service.

All personal information you provide to Karkela Construction is secured on our host server with restricted access. Karkela Construction reserves the right to use agents, who are bound by strict confidentiality guidelines, to perform storage and processing functions.  Only designated employees or agents who need to carry out legitimate business functions are permitted to view your personal data.

Web Server Specific Data
Our host web server tracks and collects general information about the visits to our Web site.   While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session, the user remains anonymous. We analyze this data for certain trends and statistics, such as which parts of our site users are visiting, how long they spend there, the visitors' domain names and what countries those requests come from.    We do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you. 

Disclosure
Because Karkela Construction considers the individual information we maintain to be confidential, our policy is to disclose no personal information to third parties unless release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or government investigations or proceedings.
