Wayzata, Plymouth, and Eden Prairie has had an on-going
relationship with Karkela for over 10 years. Anchor Bank
provides individualized banking services as well as banking
and related services for businesses. Karkela
Construction routinely handles Anchor Bank's renovation,
remodeling, and maintenance for all their branch offices.
Client Needs
–
The Wayzata Minnesota branch location was determined to be in
need of a renovation for the lobby area to give it a more
current and modern look Anchor Bank also engaged Mohagan
Architects Ltd. to evaluate the space and create a new design
for the lobby area. Office spaces used by both Anchor
Bank employees and tenants was also reconfigured.
