| Scope: | Schwab Construction has constructed three new buildings on the Luther College campus in Decorah, IA, as well as seven major renovations of additional campus buildings. Our team has worked on the Luther College campus since 1989.
Some of the notable buildings include Olin Hall, as well as the Regents Center, Legends Fitness Center, and the renovation of Dahl Centennial Union. The majority of the projects were procured by negotiated contract, with the exception of Olin Hall, Regents Center, and the renovations of Dahl Centennial Union, which were competitively bid. |
