| Scope: | Schwab Construction has constructed two new building additions on the St. Teresa Campus in Winona, MN, as well as 10 major renovations of additional campus buildings. Our team has worked on the St. Teresa Campus since 1990.
Some of the notable renovations are St. Teresa Hall/St. Cecelia Hall, Alverna Center, Roger Bacon Center, and the Chapel of St. Mary of the Angels. All of the projects were procured on a design/build basis. |
