| Scope: | Schwab Construction has constructed 10 new buildings on the Winona State University campus in Winona, MN, as well as six major renovations of additional campus buildings. Our team has worked on the WSU campus since the 1970s.
Some of the notable buildings include Stark Hall, as well as the Performing Arts Center, Kryzsko Commons, Maxwell Hall, and the East Lake Apartments. All of the major projects were procured by competitive bid with the exception of the East Lake Apartments, which were procured on a design/build basis. |
