| Scope: | Bluffview Montessori School needed a permanent home after several years of being housed in leased spaces. Starting from scratch allowed them to fully incorporate the Montessori educational philosophy into all the building spaces, our team found a building site suitable for a new school and helped arrange the sale to the school.
Working closely with the architect during the design phase, Schwab Construction helped to keep the project within budget. Following efficient construction techniques allowed the new school building to be ready for students on time. The final result is Bluffview Montessori School now resides in a permanent home perfectly suited to its needs. |
