Rogan’s Shoes

When Rogan’s Shoes decided to expand their business into Winona, MN, they looked to Schwab Construction to provide the design team and the construction capabilities to build the new retail store. The exterior of the building is constructed of three different colors of split face concrete block accented with red aluminum window frames. Our team worked closely with the structural engineer to provide a cost-effective foundation system on the less than ideal building site. Rogan’s Shoes occupies 8,700 square feet of the 15,700 square feet of floor area. The remaining 7,000 square feet provides rental retail space for up to three additional businesses.
