| Scope: | Our team’s ability to fast track design and construct this 41,000 square foot manufacturing facility allowed the owner to meet a critical moving date in a multiple company real estate transaction. The building footprint was determined and the structural steel ordered prior to the exterior wall surface materials being determined and the final project plans completed. Design for this project included structural elements to allow for ease of expansion in two directions. The construction of this new facility for DCM Tech was completed on time and under budget.
